Notes

At Mint -- incline 2.0 unless otherwise stated. Bottoms of feet and left calf are sore. Tempo was hard at first, but got easier (though I did start losing form halfway through second set). HR was higher than the perceived effort.

No Sudafed. Used Mucinex, plus inhaler. breathing wasn't really an issue
