Temp 67, DP 60 - a bit of a wind from the north.
Did 16x400 - ran the 6400m in 24:46 - pace 6:14, so averaging 93 seconds each. Recoveries were at 8:25 pace - averaged 31 seconds. Total 8K was in 33:08.
After a bit of a break, jumped in to help Lindsay with some of her final 400s.
Felt good - could have done a few more, though it also felt good to stop.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores, salted caramel, and birthday cake Gus.
