Very nice easy run. Ran from home to towpath, where I did drills and strides. Then over Key Bridge and down MV trail to Roosevelt Bridge, past the Kennedy Center, and up Rock Creek (did a half mile at "feels like" HM pace to lock in that effort level). Continued up Rock Creek to Calvert Street, then down to gym, where I did some stretching.
Nice run -- meant to only do 7, but forgot that no exit from Rock Creek between P and Calvert....
