Started at Temp 75, DP 73; ended at temp 86, DP 74. Pretty darn sticky.

Just out and back on the Pierce Mill route - dodging trees for the heck of it. Did some progression down to marathon pace feel for 2 miles (ended up 7:00 pace) but otherwise kept it easy/aerobic because I'm racing on Weds.

Ran with whole big pack out; and Bill, Jessica M, and Eric on way back, with bonus water fountain action.

Felt sluggish for first five miles, then much better as we went on.

Skipped weights work after, as racing on Weds.
