Start at temp 75, DP 71, end at temp 80, DP 73. Ran easy out and back on Cap Crescent to Bethesda - ran out with a big group, and back with Jesse, Erin, and Jillian. Felt OK - a bit sluggish. Sciatica acting up (aggravated by car ride yesterday)
Did light injury prevention work at Golds later.
