Temp 44, DP 40. Tempo on the track - did 5K in 20:49, split as 6:45/6:38/6:37/0:49. Kept this very controlled, focusing on relaxation and gait. Aerobically, this was easy, but left leg felt a bit weak at times, and gait could have been better.
I need to do more of a warm-up before hand.
1 puff of Dulera in the morning.
