Temp 34, DP 29. Hills on Iwo Jima. Weather actually wasn't bad at all for the hills -- the sleet mostly held off until the cooldown jog.

Uphills felt pretty darn good - smooth and powerful - as good as they ever have. Right psoas got sharp and twingy on first downhill turnover section, so backed off on the turnover slightly for the others. George and I discussed doing 8 reps, but he decided that I should stick with 7.

First few reps the overall circuit time was pretty slow as I was waiting at the top for others in the group, eventually I decided not to wait any more and to continue on my own.

Followed with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (2x8 at 135, 165) and good mornings (2x10 at 105).
