Long run with group. Ambit2's interval timer worked out fine for my purposes (9:1 run/walk). I wondered whether no vibration would be an issue, but it wasn't. Got really, really tired by the end and needed to walk once in my last run segment, but I made it through to the assigned 12! I think I had a mental thing, as there were some of our group members ahead of me at one point, moving slightly slower (I went further than they did before turning back), and I felt compelled to catch up; I did, but the increased speed was tiring.
