Warm Up: SR Standard Warm Up
Much better than yesterday but still tight. Warmer as well so did feel a bit like harder work but overall felt good and the tightness around the knee and upper calf is starting to get better. The run itself was comfortable for the most parts. Again the last 3km were fast finish and still didn;t feel like I could open up as much as I would like.

Cool Down: Myrtl + 2 x 16 heel dips + Calf and Soleus stretches
