Warm Up: Truncated SR Warm Up (minus scorpion and iron cross)
Strange run, tough first half hour, then glorious as I ran up Delmas Rd and scythed through Elardus Park, then toughened up again as approached my previous longest duration. All in all, another confidence boosting run. I was worried about my calf around early on but it cleared away and I was moving freely from 7-8km onwards. I felt until the last 5 min my effort was evenly distributed.
Cool Down: ITB Rehab Routine
