Halfway through recovery program. Up to 3 min of running before taking recovery and also added some faster 20s strides to start the session. Good to know leg speed is still there, aerobic fitness coming back. I used to have a battle with the 600-700m climb up Wekker St when I started running and it's become a test climb. I know if I do it well I'm in good shape. I managed 4:36/km up that climb today. A good sign as I'm still going to add endurance from September, so my baseline might be better than I expected!
