Warm Up: Lunge Matrix
Started out intending to do a tempo run but after a long day wasn't up to it. Got into rhythm though and so I decided to do a progression run instead and still got a good workout. Still concerned with the dull ache in my right calf. It doesn't affect my running, hasn't gotten worse and actually eases up during a run. Need to be careful I guess

P.S. Did last weeks tempo, my more intense workout of the year in the LunaRacers. The combination of the lower drop and the faster pace is what contributed to the calf pain!
