Notes

Warm Up: Myrtl followed by Lunge Matrix then skipping with arm swings. Did a 15 minute jog with 2x400m @ 3:50/km. Finished off with 3x20s strides.

The run was tough. Really felt like I was working hard. Stopped worrying about pace and instead focussed on good form and it got easier, average paces were good, 3:24/km and 4:00/km, for an overall average of 3:39. Getting there I guess.

Cool Down: Jogged home slowly, ~16 min, stretched then did 100m, 75m, 50m and 25m sprints. Then a 15 minute stretc.
