Awesome run. Decided to do a long run variation given the largely sedate week. Ran Denel which is a double lap. Did first lap in 43min then did the next 10km in 38:35 and it wasn't overly taxing, then eased off to the finish. Nice little confirmation of fitness. End of week 6 of base and I'm probably in comfortable 36min 10k shape
