- Side leg raises with band 25 reps
- Clam shells with band 15 reps
- Hip raise 15 reps each leg
- Side shuffle with band 5x10 each side
- Pistol squat 10 reps each leg
- Hip hike 25 eps each side
- Iron cross x20
3. Ankle Rehab
- Straight Leg Heel Drop 3x15 reps each leg
- Bent Kneed Heel Drop 3x15 reps each leg
