Proper session. 3 x 10min at 3:38 pace, 4min jog in between. First interval was up the Gun Run hill - 5min of up hill at least - was klapping 3:20 pace on the downhill. Had to graft pretty hard to end up with a 3:38 average for the other 2 intervals - 3:45 felt good, so would start at that pace and then have to speed up quite a bit to get the average pace down. Great session.
