Felt sick after today's run. I had originally expected that my pace would have been better. I need to ensure that I can run a 2 miles @ 10 minute / mile. Then extend that to 3 miles @ 10 minute / mile, and so on. I seem to be up against a 11 minute / mile that I am not breaking. So although this is good for tempo runs, I expect to improve speed for real pace.
