Notes

Was supposed to be a longer (4.0 mile) run at slightly slower pace, but morning meetings pushed my workout out. So, I did a quick 2 miles. The first mile included ~ 5 minutes of walk and walk/jog warm-ups. The second mile was ~ 10:00 minute / mile pace.
