Ran intervals today, increasing and then decreasing the pace the interval was ran at. Each interval was 1 minute (@ pace) and then ~1 recovery. A couple recoveries were walking 4.0, the others were 5.0 jog.
Interval Paces:
1 - 5.0
1 - 5.5
1 - 6.0
1 - 6.5
1 - 7.0
1 - 7.5
1 - 7.3
1 - 7.0
