Notes

This was a nice, short run. It was at a walk / run pace, and I never allowed myself to run out of breath. I was hoping to see an 11 minute/mile pace... but oh well. I stretched well before and some after, but my legs / feet / hips / overall body were still sore from Saturday's 15 mile run.
