Notes

Spent day running around with kids and no time to run. Got on the treadmill but my legs felt shot, especially my quads. Switched to elliptical just so I could sweat some. Wasn't a hard effort but for past my bedtime at least I got something done. Went a little over 10K steps at 6 then 7 resistance.
