yeah expected this to be slow, it felt pretty slow. hoosick hill was tough with the ice and the cars, it was really busy. also, my left outer arch was really sore on the up hills. legs felt sore, i think from the box squats yesterday at lift.

i wasnt sure how long to go for, either 25 or 30. i figured i'd start out in a direction i haven't run in awhile, and so i went towards hoosick. i then decided to do a run loop around the rotary (because why not) and then just come back whenever i come back (as long as it's sub 30). so i did that and then added on to make it 30 because i came back around 28 minutes.
