Second run portion of the BRICK for this morning, trying to concentrate on effort. This run was a bit easier effort, just trying to maintain about 155bpm for my HR. This run was definitely more tiring than the first, but not terrible. I think it is a good indicator that I will be pretty quick on Sunday in the Cazenovia Olympic distance Tri. I was under 8 min/mile for the last race (Hamlin-sprint) so I think that with the training I have done since then I should be close to being under 8 min/mile for the 10k in Cazenovia. Another good run.
