workout AVG HR ???
30 minute ride on stationary trainer in basement. Just wanted to make it through the whole 30 minutes. I wasn't trying very hard, I was just plugging along. Later I learned that 65 rpm for cadence is REAL SLOW. If I want to be anybody or actually go anywhere with cycling I need to push the rpm up above 75 and possibly towards 90 or 100. Uh oh. This might be difficult.
Sleep: eh (bed at 1:00am, woke up at 5:35am)
Mood: grudgingly motivated
Physical: OK
Clothes: orange Pearl-Izumi shorts, blue ASICS shortsleeve (right temp, really sweaty)
