Today I wasn't taking any prisoners. I wanted my HR down. I got that wish. I was actually pretty surprised at how easy it was to control this early in the season. I am not sure where this is coming from, but it feels good. I am very surprised that I was able to keep my HR at or below 150 for most of the run and I have only been out a handful of times. This makes me very confident that I will be in prime condition very soon. COOL!
Sleep: ok, just short (bed at 11:30 pm, awake at 7:30am)
Mood: good
Physical: legs were a little tight
Clothes: black UA tights, red compression longsleeve, blue Pearl Izumi Jacket, red hat, red gloves (perfect)
