Again, today I just wanted to get out and run. Didn't care too much about HR, except I wanted to learn again how to keep it low. I didn't succeed too well at that, but it's getting there. Baby steps. It felt good. It is coming back, quicker than I expected it to. I guess playing hockey all winter was good exercise after all. Who knew. I tried to keep it slow and easy the whole time, but I found myself kicking it up a notch at the end. Old habits die hard I guess. It was cold and windy. I didn't like that much, but it was fun, none-the-less.
Sleep: ok, just short (bed at 1:00am, awake at 7:30am)
Mood: good
Physical: legs were a little tight
Clothes: black UA tights, black compression longsleeve, red New Balance Jacket, red hat, red gloves (perfect, but the wind was killer)
