workout AVG HR 151
Bike part of BRICK workout. I haven't ridden my bike in over two weeks, due to vacation, so I knew today was going to be messy. I started off feeling a little sluggish and my legs were definitely crying. I wasn't exactly going slow though, so I just tried to keep the pace up. It wasn't that hard to keep going at a good clip, but fatigue was definitely a big part of today's ride. It felt good, but there was definitely POWER missing. A good ride.
Sleep: not good (in bed at 11:00pm, woke up at 6:30am)
Mood: eh
Physical: no complaints
Clothes: black Trek bike liner, red RRS shorts, black DeMarchi sleeveless (perfect)
