Second time out this week. Yesterday was a ride on the new bike, so today I really felt like I've been doing something. My form felt better today, it probably wasn't but it felt better. Again, I really didn't pay attention to how fast I was running at all, just ran. Same went for HR. I tried to just go easy. I felt pretty good, but kind of a little heavy in the legs. OK run.
Sleep: decent (bed at 1:30am, woke up at 7:45am)
Mood: blah, kind of dazed
Physical: a little tired, but not bad
Clothes: light blue shorts, black compression shirt, red hat (good)
