First time out this week. Was supposed to be the second, but Monday was a bust. I ran without my iPod this morning, to try to pay a bit more attention to myself, my form, my fatigue. Not sure it helped. I felt a bit out of whack again. Thought I was doing pretty good with pace and HR in the first mile, but it was real slow and HR was uncontrollably high. Second mile I just didn't care. OK run.
Sleep: good (bed at 9:30pm, woke up at 5:30am)
Mood: blah, but somewhat rested
Physical: not bad at all
Clothes: tights, adidas soccer shorts, red compression shirt, Pearl Izumi jacket, red hat (good)
