I was feeling pretty energetic this morning and I needed to get back to the house in a hurry so that Abby could get off to her clinical giving me just enough time to run. So I decided to make this a fast run. I didn't sprint by any means, but I definitely kicked it up a notch. The first mile I tried to run a bit faster, but since I have a tendency to over do it in the first part of the run I kept it down a bit. The first mile clicked off in just under 9 minutes, and I was feeling good, so I decided to really run the second mile. I felt really good today, form seemed well in control. HR was a different story. By the end I was really working pretty darn hard. Good run!!
Sleep: good (bed at 10:15pm, woke up at 5:30am)
Mood: energetic and a little rushed
Physical: not bad at all
Clothes: dark blue shorts, black compression shirt, red New Balance jacket, red hat (good)
