I set out to get my HR in control today. I wanted an easy run. I achieved my goal. It was a good run, on a beautiful, sunny, albeit darn cold, morning. I tried my best to keep my HR down below 150 and only had it go up past that on the two major hills on this route. The first, coming up to Winton road and the second at Cobb's Hill park on Culver and Monroe. The rest was a cake walk. I was running slow and easy and had to actually step it up a little because my HR fell below 145. A nice change. We'll see how long it lasts. A good run today though.
Sleep: ok, just short (bed at 12:30am, awake at 6:30)
Mood: EH
Physical: just tired
Clothes: black heavy tights, black compression longsleeve, red New Balance jacket, red hat (cold at the start, then fine a mile or two in)
