Run portion of the BRICK for this morning. First run of two this morning trying to concentrate on effort. This run was a good-effort run, not exactly fast but almost. I felt the noodle-leg syndrome pretty good today, mostly because I ran last night and it was a Fartlek run. Much better running with the Yankz laces loose. It almost seemed too loose when I was just walking around, but it's WAY better when running. NO irritations like last time. A good run.
After this run I took three minutes and just tried to recover. I got some water and just relaxed before I started it all over again.
