20 minute ride on stationary trainer in basement. Second time this week, not bad. Actually remembered to start the HR monitor today. Went for a little speed in the first 10 or so minutes, then slowed down. HR was way high, so I needed to take it easy.

Sleep: eh (bed at 11:00pm, woke up at 5:45am)

Mood: grudgingly motivated

Physical: OK

Clothes: orange Pearl-Izumi shorts, green RRS shortsleeve (right temp, really sweaty)
