workout AVG HR ???

One hour ride in the basement because Abby was still out of town and I wasn't able to get the workout in earlier in the day. I didn't want to be exercising so late, but I wanted to get in the workout. I was in the mood to do a fast/hard workout tonight, so I dialed up the speed. I tried to maintain my usual cadence of 90 and did three separate activities. The first was to dial the resistance to about half and try to maintain cadence. The next was to dial the resistance way down but put it in a gear or two faster than I would usually, while trying to maintain cadence. This resulted in about 25-26mph. Then I dialed the resistance to max and kept cadence at 90. So I think I got a good workout after all.

Sleep: yuck (bed at 1am, awake at 7:30am)

Mood: grrr. aggravated

Physical: no complaints

Clothes: black Nashbar cycle-shorts, yellow firecracker shortsleeve (hot and sweaty)
