Second run portion of the BRICK for this morning, trying to concentrate on effort. This run was a bit easier effort, just trying to maintain about 155-160bpm for my HR. The run was definitely tiring, but not terrible. A good primer for what I am going to have to deal with on Sunday. I am hoping to be below 8 min miles for the race. Another good run.
