Easy, recovery run today after my second Triathlon yesterday. So, I started out slow and pretty much put as little effort into this as possible. I felt pretty good, not really all that tired, just a little soreness in my legs. The first mile was just warm-up, but then after that I actually had to pick up the pace in order to get my HR into the 140's. Then I had to keep pushing faster to get it to stay at about 145. This is UNUSUAL, nice, but I am not used to this. The last mile, like always I pushed a little more, just because. No problem. An excellent run.

Sleep: good (bed at 11:00am, awake at about 5:30am)

Mood: good

Physical: no complaints, just a little tired

Clothes: dark blue Nike shorts, yellow Tri-in-the-Buff shortsleeve shirt, red FleetFeet hat (perfect)
