Run portion of the BRICK for this morning. First run of two this morning trying to concentrate on effort. This run was a hard effort, fast run. I felt the noodle-leg syndrome pretty good today, which seems odd, because I didn't work out for two days. I tried to concentrate on my form and how it felt to keep up the good pace. I tried to keep my HR below 160, but apparently I failed at achieving that in the second mile. It felt good though. A good run.

After this run I took some time to just recover. I got some water and just relaxed before I started it all over again.
