Long, slow, easy run today. I just wanted a nice long run, but didn't want to work for it. Well, that was a good goal, but I quickly realized that I am at that transition point of being more in-shape than I think I am. My HR was a bit lower than my target for most of the first two miles. I had to step up the pace just to get my HR to be 145-150. This is unusual. I like it, but it is kind of frustrating because I didn't expect it to happen so quick. It was a good run. Fun.
Sleep: eh (bed at 12:00am, awake at 8:30 and groggy)
Mood: good
Physical: OK, a bit tired
