last mile 7:15, total 16:19 (7:12 pace). Ran an extra 1.5 minutes to get a little cool down. Had the warm-up at the gym.

Did a major makeover for my shoes which involved some amount of strength and my exacto knife. Made the shoes lighter and hopefully more balanced.

Need to eat less though. Am eating too much..
