had to get the niggles of the race out of my system. My left knee (on the outside) hurt like crazy. I wonder if it's shin splints or something worse. I need to be careful.
Beautiful weather. Got a little more than 4 hours of sleep. Tonight will probably be better. Plan on going out for another mini run in the afternoon.
