not even going to put down a possible time since it was just too damn slow. (okay, I put down a possible, based on the fact that I stopped timing at 2:09 and I didn't have that much left. I don't know why I was so bad. I have several theories. It was hot, it was humid, I did not have enough water or fuel (especially since I had lost weight over the weekend). I was still tired from yesterday's 8 miler... probably it's good to train like this for the marathon, but for my first real long run, this was hard. I did have a little less than 8 hours (yay), but I probably ate like crap the rest of the day.

It's okay. Did too much walking though. Need to rectify that next week. (I can't believe I'll have to do 18 then).
