Morning run

Really easy run, and not the worst quality. At least I was consistent. I really wanted to sleep in today, but it was clear that what I didn't get done in the afternoon, I would have to finish now. I was a bit inspired by weighing in at 127.5... despite not quite watching what I ate yesterday. I felt pretty good through the run, no pain even in my shoes or legs, but then after the run my toes on my left foot did some weird things. There's something wrong with the shoes, and I'll have to limit the miles I run in them. Pushed myself for 8 hours of sleep (one was interrupted by snoozes), but I know I'm still tired from the 20 miler.
