Notes

You try to keep your feet dry until you can't. When the water went above the ankles, I was like "nope."

I'd signed up for the 100-miler a year ago. When I got injured, I decided to volunteer and get a few trail miles in. A good idea while building mileage up again.

Some knee pain before and after. Heel pain throughout... especially at the beginning. It's PF and my doctor ignores me :-(
