Notes

The good news, I can run 15 miles. The bad news, I ran without water and may have been stupid to go from o to 15 in less than two weeks. But it is encouraging that I held an 8;23 through mile 13. It got too hard after that, walked a few times.

I definitely should have run with water. I think I would have had less problems had I had water.
