Notes
I had to work to make this run even half way decent. I wonder if it's leftover from not getting enough sleep. I also ate a lot (too much yesterday and was heavier this morning. I was also feeling a lot of points of pain in my legs. I am pretty sure it's the shoes, but I have no money right now to buy new ones. :(
also am adding the 1.1 miles of walking I did throughout today.
I did the 3.5 miles in the gym on a random hill work, and it may have messed me up a bit.
