The warm-up was redundant and Garmin says I'm peaking, which tracks with how these 800s felt (pretty good!). I just hope I can be peaking again in 4 weeks. Includes warm-up, ABCs, and cool-down. Recoveries were =ish times. And apparently the watch overmeasures counter-clockwise and undermeasures clockwise; good thing I manually timed it: 3:16.5 avg.
