I held a conversation with myself the entire time. At the beginning, I was a bit concerned about pain I was feeling on the outside part of my foot, but it faded as the run continued. I ran real easy. The first mile was 9:30 and my last mile was 8:36. I guess I could have gone faster, but today I was also glad to go slow. My legs were sore by the end... I am using different muscles, definitely. I only had 4.5 hours of sleep, but I hope that fueling enough today and getting enough sleep tomorrow will balance it out for the long run.
About to go for my second run 10 hours later.
