I'm getting slower everyday. It's a good thing I decided to take it easy this week. What was I thinking? How could I up my mileage and PR the same week? :(

I hope my niggles go away soon. I've got some weird pains in my hamstring and now my left knee. Am icing it. Hopefully it goes away. Also, I need to stop sabotaging these diet efforts. I do want to lose weight...
