Notes

Trained with the SC Brandenburg track team and it was kind of fun!

6 x 1000m (3:49, 3:51, 4:00, 4:07, 4:03, 4:01 times are an estimate) with 200m rests was a little more than I was planning on doing with Grunewald two-ish weeks away and just having poisoned myself, but it also felt good to touch some speed work again.
