another awesome fast run. First mile in 7:30, last one in 7:45.
I need to be careful.
I actually had one bad moment where I stepped wrong on my ankle and almost felt some more pain in the IT band, but I stopped running, walked, and things felt okay.
Noticed a little soreness near the end, but no real tightness or pain. I need to take care of it now, but hopefully it is starting to get better. I need to take things slow.
